Initiatives will include hands-on training in coffee roasting, barista, hospitality, sales, marketing, alongside support in entrepreneurship and business management. Workshops will foster personal growth and community engagement, while mentorship opportunities will connect Refugees and Asylum Seekers with professionals in their desired fields.

By empowering Refugees and Asylum Seekers through skill acquisition and knowledge sharing, this project aspires to create self-reliant individuals who contribute positively to their new communities, promoting social cohesion and economic development.

Ultimately, the initiative envisions a brighter future for Refugees and Asylum Seekers, transforming them from aid recipients into empowered contributors to society.

Prosumer Project

The Prosumer Project aims to revolutionize consumer practices by promoting a more sustainable and eco-friendly approach to coffee, tea, honey and nuts consumption.

This initiative seeks to engage consumers not only as consumers but as active participants in the production and reproduction process.

The project is empowering consumers to make informed choices that benefit both the environment and themselves by providing educational resources on sustainable and responsible sourcing, eco-friendly brewing and consuming methods, and turning a consumpted product to a new product.

The initiative will also encourage consumers to participate in community-supported transformation programs. Through workshops and collaborative events, we will cultivate a community of conscious consumers committed to transforming the industry into a more sustainable ecosystem. By shifting consumer mindsets, this project aims to create a positive impact on the environment while enhancing the overall experience for all involved.

Cafe Shop Entrepreneurship Project

In recent years, there has been a notable rise in the interest of entrepreneurship, particularly in the food and beverage sector. As part of our project, we aim to support aspiring entrepreneurs in launching their own cafe shops.

We provide resources such as business planning tools, funding options, and mentorship opportunities to help them navigate the challenges of starting a new venture. Additionally, workshops will be organized to cover important topics like menu development, customer service, and marketing strategies. By fostering a supportive community and sharing valuable insights, we hope to empower new cafe owners to turn their dreams into reality while contributing to the local economy and enhancing the vibrant food culture in our area.
